To ensure peace of mind, we offer a 12-month warranty on all Tetro iPhones, covering any hardware defects or malfunctions that may arise during normal use.

Our warranty ensures that if your Tetro iPhone experiences any issues within the covered period, we'll repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

For customers in Bengaluru, we will also give a loaner iPhone for usage, if the repair/replacement takes more than 48 hours.

I broke my screen, what can I do?

Screen damage caused by accidental drops is not covered under Tetro Warranty. However, we're happy to help you to point to a authorised service centre for the same.

My phone fell down and is malfunctioning!

Physical damage from drops or falls is not covered under the warranty. However, we're happy to help you to point to a authorised service centre for the same.

Oops, I dropped my phone in water!

Water damage is not covered under Tetro Warranty. This includes any malfunction, corrosion, or damage caused by liquid exposure, whether accidental or due to submersion. Devices with visible signs of liquid ingress, including corrosion on internal components, are excluded from warranty claims.Β

Our team will assist you from there file a Warranty Claim.

How will my iPhone get fixed? How long does it take?

Once your claim is received and approved, your iPhone will be picked up from your doorstep. It will be repaired or replaced and delivered to your doorstep within the next few business days.
