Replacement and Return Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 7 day return policy. Full Refund is provided for all orders Returned within 7 days of delivery, for reasons such as disappointed with product, Manufacturing or Quality defects, Incorrect products received, Product different from Website Description or for any physical damage during shipment.

To initiate a refund, please reach out to us at hello@tetro.in within 24 hours of the package being delivered with a video of the package being opened. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. On receiving the package in our office, your full refund would be processed within 24 hours. 

Please note that items sent back without prior approval for refund will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, with images and videos. This allows us to assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we do not offer order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

However, if you think your request is an exception, please email us on hello@tetro.in within 2 hours of placing the order. We may consider it on a case-to-case basis and decide. We would want to do the best for our customers always & our internal decision would be final.
